is it for sale? If it is (or is not) would you be willing to post a picture on OldRoads? The reason I ask, I'd like to compare it to my 1942 Compax Traveler made in Westfield, MA

no word yet on my question!!! I'd hazard a guess on value of Firestone Vagabond, somewhere between $100 and $150 depending on function, condition and cosmetics. A picture and description as previously requested might help in getting a better idea of the value and whether it is similar to Westfield Compax Traveller. paul

I recently aquired a Legnano autocamping folding bicycle. The rear hub is a 68 SA AW. The rear wheel is suspect as is the S.A. sportshift shifter. Does anyone know anything about this bike?

Isn't "Hawthorne" a Montgomery-Ward brand? If so, it's probably about the same as a Sears-branded, which is probably a bit less than a Schwinn. So look at ebay and see what Schwinns sell for. Maybe you'll find a Hawthorne.
