| I have an old bike laying around, mostly chrome with some surface rust and no markings to identify it by other than the serial number. I'm wondering if it's worth anything, but to find that out I probably ought to first know what it is. The number is 502 469110 197923 and is located on the tail end of the rear fork. Bendix made the gear apparatus and rear brakes. It's got either a girl's or step-through frame and fenders on both tires. My dad guesses it's dated 1958 to 1962 but don't hold me to that. If anyone knows what this is I'd really appreciate some info. Thanks. Christine |
