Does anyone have basic instructions for assembly (ie: gooseneck etc), I am currently rebuilding a 70's Hawthorn tandem and could use a little direction. Is there a web site that lead me in the right path?

RESTORATION TIPS - MISC:   Hub Repair for Sears Girtls Bike 1950s? posted by: Louie on 8/11/2006 at 5:37:16 PM
The hub was working fine before I disassembled it. Now after re-assembly, when you stop peddleing, sprocket continues turning. Can't figure out what I may have done wrong in re-assembly? Please help if you have answer. It's a foot brake hub.

Is it a Bendix hub?
If so, look at the exploded diagrams on this site.
You probably have the binders (#BB-722 on the diagram) in backwards.
