I have a Otasco Flying O Cyclone and I am trying to get some information about it. I have know idea how old it is or what it might be worth but I have had it for about 36 years. I think what makes it different is that it is a three speed but the shifter is with the hand grip. Can anyone point in the direction of finding out more about this bike. by: 64.77.201.117
im trying to find out what year my schwinn lil tiger was made the only # i could find on the is 395996 if some could help me let me know thank you by: 76.99.66.28
These had funny serial numbers and I could never find a way to date them by the frame numbers. The cranks are date coded and that's the only way I've found to tell what year a Li'l Tiger is. by: 64.65.219.134
Hi, I recently got this bike from the mother of a friend of mine who was cleaning out her garage. It is a Schwinn, and says Cruiser on the chaingaurd, so i assume that is its name. I dont really know much about it, but it is in very good condition. The only number on it says "MR579143". I tried looking this up online but couldnt find anything. If anyone has any information or could direct me to sites that might, please help. It has one of the classis white Schwin headbadges, shown in another photo. You can see it here: http://bp3.blogger.com/_37sWZDO6V68/RtXEEakDaoI/AAAAAAAAABk/jv9kmVCnSQI/s1600-h/IMG_0164.JPG
I have one of those frames too but mine is black. The forks are a little longer than another schwinn I have and that makes me wonder if it was a 20" version of the Cruiser 5...
1980 or early 81' 20" cruiser. Rare beastie too. Nice! by: 64.65.219.134
I have recently bought a "Sears Roebuck Co, Ted Williams Brand" muscle bike with a serial number of 50247677 072260. Can someone tell me anything about the age of this bike? That is all the info I have. Thanks for your help, David by: 64.12.117.8
I should also add that this is a Free Spirit muscle bike. I was wondering if anyone knew what years these were in production, or how I could find out. The serial number is 50247677 072260. Thanks, David by: 65.198.133.72
