I search a rear fender for my bicycle look at the pictures...and a front badge.

I think it is an old army rudge model... but don't know the year ? Found in a barn in France.

I got one of these frames from a local bike recycler (after a lengthy search). Am trying to get a go-kart motor mounted in the back space. Will post a pic eventually. I've been riding it a lot, smooth as a big old limo! All new drivetrain helps, of course.
