Looking for pedals and NOS bearings for a vintage tricycle i'm restoring. Brand is Victoria Precision Works (VPW) Leader. 1950s or 60s, not really sure. One bearing is missing and one of the pedals is broken. Pedals are the type with the hollow center that slides onto the crank and are fastened with a metal cap. Any ideas? by: 142.165.130.27

Can anyone help me out. My Aunt just past and she left behind I believe a (Female)? Airman Spiegel bicycle. I know the tires are 26 x 2.125 goodyear airwheel. the only other markings i found is Bendix Brakes. Does anyone know where I can find more information about this bike. I find all this information about Schwinn but nothing about Spiegel. Looking for a seriel number or more information to possibly sell it. Here are some pictures. Thanks for helping.
Your pic is not coming up. Probably an early 50's bike if it had a bendix hub. Not sure unless a pic can be procured. Marc by: 66.162.131.211
I believe that these bikes were made for Speigel Dept Stores during the 1040's and 50's by Monark. by: 72.197.62.85
