| I like finding and fixing vintage bikes, I also have owned as many as 3 stores at a time; now just one old schwinn shop. I know alot about Schwinn from 1947 on but was either in college or in another profession during the krate era. Also, I have learned more about bikes from collectors than from my own professional experience, so I dont knock the collector. But....some of them are NOT AWARE of the new age shop owner. Just stay away from them; all they want is your money. I want your money too, but I also want info and am willing to listen to your rather lengthy stories...have a few of my own. Bottom line, give us a call or e-mail anytime: www.net1plus.com/users/tombikeguy; or www.chulavistaschwinn.com |
| I used to be able to use Ebay to research antique bike prices, but now they seem to only keep a 2-week history. It used to be you could go back months and find all kinds of bikes and prices. Anyone else notice this? |
