I am trying to find out some information about an antique French bicycle poster that my brother has. If anyone knows of someone to contact I would appreciate it. I do have a picture that could be emailed. I don't read French, so I can only make out a few words.
You might long onto ebay and look for bicycle posters. A lot of reproductions sell there. See if yours looks like it. Can you make our what brand of bicycle? Peugeot?
I have a boy's 20' Rollfast super de luxe with track handlebars and a girls Rollfast with upright handlebars and guards, both have stem shifters. They might need new tires. How much are they worth?
I am looking for a very tiny circus bike used to ride under hoops of fire the cranks I believe are attached to the rear axle direct. I need this for my shop in hopes of teaching my shop cat how to ride it. Any help please, the cats beging me every day. Seth
Now I have officially heard it all!
I get better service from the shop cat at this one store than I do from the owner. Also, the cat is cleaner and doesn't smell. The cat always says hello, is glad to see me, makes correct change, and can run in back and find me that tire I want lickety- split. He can build and true wheels like a pro with those little paws going like lightning. Says his momma cat taught him after pops ran off with a persian/angora mix. Every shop should have a cat.
Seth, your in luck,Coker Tyre sale just the bike for Tom.Most cats are so nice, they always call me by name--Sammmmmmmm
You may need a bigger cat for that one.

Hello, I'm looking for the make of a kind of lowrider for big people. Those Aztlan Bikes look a little too cramped for me. (1.93m) I have seen a model with an exeptional long wheelbase and two normal looking tires. The front wheel was suspended in a way that made the front wheel suspension arm bump into the frame. The seat was very close to the rear wheel and the ground approximately 70 cm I guess. The space between the front and the rear wheel would be close to 1.2m I think. I'ld post a picture if I could, but the board doesn't seem to support it. Where can I get such a bike?
Sounds like a "Rott" bike. Try the folks at bikeicons.com, I think they carry them. -Vin
check out the bikes at www.lovelylowrider.com they make 24" lowriders/cruzers also sell some parts for 26" bikes to build larger styles.the 26" bannan seat is hard to come by ,who makes them?
www.gt bicycles.com has got just what you want. best quality too.
We've just added more bicycles and parts (and much more to come..) Click on the link at the top of this page. Regards, Vin - Menotomy Vintage Bicycles http://www.OldRoads.com
Nostalgia has overtaken me. In the mid-40's, my brother had a trike that we referred to as a "jockey cycle". It had two large rear, spoked wheels w/ solid rubber tires, a smaller front, spoked wheel and was steered by handlebars. The unique feature was the fact that power was supplied by pushing down (on a "T") with your feet, which would then raise the seat, at which time the rider would sit down, thereby raising the T...and the process would start again. The cycle would operate in forward or reverse. Any information would be very much appreciated. Incidentally, we lived in NE Ohio if that is of any help. Thanks for any input, hopefully I can surprise my brother. s/Robert Manchester
