looking for 28 1 3/8 " tires with ISO size 642 bigger than 635 size? by: 65.28.239.22
Are you sure? What do they go on? by: 65.78.2.207
It seems they do exist (or once did). Neither Continental nor Schwalbe make them, however. I suppose that's because they were an English size. Try someone at Vintage Cycle Club in England? by: 65.78.2.207
Hi- I'm looking for a pump that clipped onto the frame between two points on bikes of the 50's/60's. I'd prefer one in good working condition. Thanks, Sam by: 40.0.40.10
I have a bicycle. The name on it is Urania/says made in England. Can not find any info on the (Urania bicycle) serial number is s08369z/ Also says Grosse Point Farm. The 3 speed says Stormy Archer??? Looks just like the Stormy Archer roadster. Has pull rode brakes. Can you give me some info on his bike. Thank you Rosemarie by: 216.166.216.3

Rosemarie, Not really enough information to go on, a picture might help. It's certainly not a make I've ever seen here in the UK. However it may be an English made / USA constructed import sold by a store, garage, filling station etc. The Three speed rear hub is probably Sturmey Archer and may well have a date on it like 10 75 which would indicate October 1975 have a clean of the hub and see. Matthew - puzzled & perplexed by: 82.14.86.79
Perhaps a cycle shop or town registration sticker for Grosse Point Farms, Michigan? I'd guess it was a private brand for a US distributor/retail chain. If the fender attaches BEHIND the rear axle, it was built by Raleigh. Check the date, as Matthew suggests. If its tires are marked 28" you might be able to sell it for a little $$; if 26" much cheaper. by: 65.78.2.207
