Look, anyone who cares, Romero woke up & smelled the rust O.K. The dude did a bad thing & I'm sure he knows that, it's not the end of the world! He went out & got another bike & put this mess behind him, all critics of his judgement NEED to do the same. Score one for him if you ask me, I know some guys with vintage bikes that were never even assembled, those are the real deals. That bike had already been amtrak raped & abused like a Japanese schoolgirl. You guys know how a train is, IF YOU'RE NOT FIRST, YOU GET LEFTOVERS & NOBODY LIKES LEFTOVERS! Also, Romero, you probably shouldn't inform anyone again whenever a bike is on ebay because PEOPLE ON HERE SURE AS HELL DON'T APPRECIATE IT FOR SOME REASON! The Fabricator!!
some of us DO appreciate the bike deal posts....however,ive never "smelled" the rust before!!..LOL........and you ARE a funny guy Fabricator.....great posts!!.LOL...hey,what kind of bikes do you do??........hang in there Romero.....
The only old school I gots is an old GT thats in decent shape but I am in the market for a complete Hutch Judge. Mike Miranda was my favorite Bmx'er but I can't see myself on a Hot Pink Hutch Hollywood so the Judge is the next best thing. Can't spend too much money on it though cause my Honda Accord's been bitchin lately that I don't drive her as much as I use to since I've started riding again. Some of that Slick 50 stuff should calm her down. The Fabricator!!
There's a vintage Hutch bike on ebay. I don't know what it's called but it looks like a motorcycle. It was on the cover of a late 80's BMX Plus Mag as the worlds fastest Bmx bike. I can't recall ever seeing it in any bike shops so it's gotta be a rare model. All Hutch fans THIS MAY BE ONE TO LOOK AT! Romero
hey Romero, look closer....that same guy is selling NOS MINT NEVER BUILT Trickstars!!!!!!...still in the factory boxes!!........wow!!! what a deal!!....the only parts not included are the wheels.....i Wish i had some loot!!!.......cheers,Redline Rob
That Hutch stuff on e-Bay is all overseas made JUNK. The dude who is selling has a lot of money in the JUNK. Go take a cold shower or something! Relax! Tom
hmmmm, lets see...the last Nice hutch trickstar went for 660 plus on e-bay,and this guy is selling them complete-NEW/NOS for 500 apiece..in the FACTORY BOX...so,thats cheap AND a deal.....why dont you take a shower yourself there Tom,and make some decent posts, instead of trashing everybody.......and..dont go away mad, just go away.
Hmmm...Rob, before you post, get your facts straight. Just so you don't look stupid, that last Hutch complete chrome bike as well as NOS white frame and fork set both dropped in the last couple days of their e-Bay auctions. People withdrew their bids because it was discovered that both Hutch items were madse overseas. U.S. made Hutch items are more rare. CHECK COMPLETED AUCTIONS, ACE! If you are such a big shot, than perhaps you should bid on that e-Bay Hutch HPV bike. You seem to be fairly knowkedgable about current e-Bay prices...LOL, Stephen
actually,im a mere mortal, sorry, and i Was referring to the trickstars.....now,of course i didnt know about the overseas hutch made bikes....i wouldnt have said what i did...(Sorry Tom,my bad)..and never claimed to be an expert, there ACE...when i sold mine for 250 used, and i see the same bike? for 500 new in a box,i naturally thought it was a good buy....not great but good......SORRY!!..LOL...i didnt know, dont have a fit.....Thanx for explaining tho.......and buy the parking lot hutch??....then what, ride around in circles??
Tom,My Apologies....i thought you were just being a smart-a**...i took your post the wrong way,and i was wrong...thats why we come to this forum...to learn...to enjoy the bikes..to meet some cool people.....thanx,Rob
Posted some BMX NOS parts on Ebay under my seller name Wheelman@nac.net check them out, more to come.
need help on what year of redline i have ,its a styler-20a with blue peregrine mags. is there a chart like schwinns serial no. thanks Brian.
need more info...give a serial number,and colors/design of stickerset......and if you are selling,please e-mail....thanx......Redline Rob
The serial no is 86110xxx, im not trying to sell just find out year . i have pic if that will help, were can i send it to be seen on here. thanks Brian.
Try bmxmuseum.com. They do a great job of dating frames! Tony
assuming the first letter is R-then your prostyler is an 86
The first digit 86110xxx there is no r or iny letter at all.there is just 8 total no,s . I have pic but dont know how to put it on here can someone tell me how too. thanks Brian.
I had my PK for 17 years and someone stole it from a storage facility. I don't know why but I am compelled to restore one to the way it was. I know most of you guys are not JUST it in for the money but also because you love the bikes. Any leads or help would be appreciated. I will buy a complete, or just frame and fork, it will be a project. Thanks!
i would just like to point out a Disturbing new trend in thefts nationwide.....thieves are now targeting the storage facilities....broad daylight theft.....they just cut off the locks and steal everything..they will hit several lockers at once...i now rent old barns and garages for storage, after personally losing about 3000 worth of goods and items from one storage area....be warned, storage facilities are not the best place to keep your items Safe..and read the fine print from the storage people...not responsible for basically anything is the fine print i`m referring to....yours,Rob
I just wanted to see if anyone knows for certain the year they were made. Thanks GT Pro Performer, Pro in cursive, Perfomer in block letters, GT decal is blue, red and yellow and says Santa Ana CA 4130. I don't know if color scheme helps but it is white w/ yellow and purple decals and purple Skyways. No built in standers just the platform around the seatpost serial #9851147 I'm guessing 85 ? Looptale PK Ripper black with gold and brown decals Serial number PK60689 Are all Quads made in the USA ? I have a NOS one but no decals to specify one way or the other. All help appreciated, If you don't like my post, feedback is not necessary. Email me or post. Thanks Brett
HELP....... Got a RALIEGH bmx frame. Need info on it. Anyone with knowledge of RALIEGH bmx please contact me. I belive the frame is kinda old early 80's maybe? Please help Thanks Michael
Two words: THEY SUCK!! Raliegh's are like huffys man, you don't know that. They're worse than huffys, bottom of the barrel, you can't even give it away. One jump is all they can take. If the cops used one in a stakeout to try and catch a bike thief, they would NEVER get him, know what i'm sayin. Throw that thing off a cliff & spend some of your hard earned dollars on a REAL bike!
Hey I was just lookin for some info on the frame. I dont care if it's made of tinfoil and dog crap! I just wanted info! I myself am crusin on a THRUSTER TRI-POWER I also have a THRUSTER vanishing point and a 80' Goose califorinan. I know what is quality and what is garbage. What do you have? A murry track certified? HA HA. M A D M A N

Now that's what i'm talking about you down syndrome havin double postin morocco mole. Thruster must be a new bike company, that name doesn't sound familiar. The bike I ride is a 2000 model K2 DMC Pro complete with Odyssey Race Fork, Haro Heffer 3 wheelset, Hoffman Skidmark Tires, GT Pro Freestyle bars, Profile 3pc crank with DK Iron Cross 44T chainwheel, Shimano 16T rear spocket, DK Iron Cross pedals, DK Fixed seatpost, KMC chain, Haro Big Block stem, Chris King Headset, Haro grips, Primo Hemmerhoid seat, & rear Dia Compe 990 brake with Tektro two finger lever. My other bike that I have is an 88 GT Pro Freestyle Tour. It's blue & still in great shape. So there ya go. I did actually have a Team Murray one time back in 84-85 time frame, can't remember the name but it was all white & came with a pair of ACS Z Rims. I think it may have been a limited edition or somethin. The Fabricator!!
Hey fagricator, how about you quit being such a prick and crawl back to the hole from which you came? Thanks
hehehehe....heheheehhe...a Murray track certified..now thats funny..i have one of those,complete......how much did you say its worth???.i could use a pack of smokes..think i can get enough for a coffee too??.....and this is the OLDSCHOOL BMX section......Not the NEW bike section, and certainly NOT the home of "my bikes better/newer than yours".....hehehe........and that would be the rarest Murray bike in the world if it CAME with white Z-rims.....NOT!!! ..............and Thruster is from back in the day,its real......
ACS Z-Rims DID COME ON A TEAM MURRAY! You need proof? In 1984, the baseball card company Donruss made a set of BMX cards. One of the cards in the set has this particular Team Murray bike on it with the ACS Z-rims. These cards have been selling on ebay for awhile now. Not the Fagricator: the guy asked what I had & I told him, simple as that. The Fabricator!!

good call fabricator....i truly didnt know that any! team murray was ever worthy of z-rims....my bad...when im wrong,i can admit it.....and i have heard of the bmx card set,but never seen the card you speak of....and yes,i was a little hard on ya for posting about your newer ride only because of how you replied to the MadMan`s questions...i`m sure you understand....my apologies,Rob
It's cool Rob, you seem like an honest guy man. Don't change a thing. The Fabricator!!
You know what MADMAN, you're starting to make yourself look very unintelligent. You can't spell & your Tandy computer has down syndrome. Honestly, although this Thruster is some sort of legendary bike, (no disrespect to the company) it is not a household name when you walk into a bike store. You walk in & say Thruster & some old drunk dude starts goin off about how in 1965, he mowed 100 lawns to buy his then the store owner tells you that the only way to get one is to go to this mortuary in Nebraska where they buried the children of the corn. Now in Singapore somewhere, having a Thruster might be like looking into the Arc of the Covenent or owning the very first Haro Master, BUT NOT HERE IN THE U.S. AND EVERY PRO BMX BIKE MADE IN THE 80'S COST IN THE AREA OF $300.00 MOROCCO. A statement such as that inducates that you probably didn't even buy the bike, you swiped it from some kid while he was in the 7 Eleven. Your a FRAUD BMXER MADMAN. KEEP ON POSTING BECAUSE YOU LOOK MORE LIKE A 2ND GRADER EVERY TIME YOU WRITE. MISTA CURIOUS GEORGE! NUFF SAID!! The Fabricator!!
uhmmmmmm......that curious george thing??....that would be ME..asking a question...save the insults for the madman/bike doctor, and watch out cause your gonna piss him off in a minute..some of your post was Hilarious-LOL...but you ARE getting on his nerves......actually,i was referring to the haro sport..what happened there??...what did Romero not pay for the bike???.....thats not good......380 is some serious loot to back out on...and 40-something bids is a LOT!!...that is baaaaaad for feedback too....from the bmx fraud? curious george.....aka Rob......hehehe..
HELP....... Got a RALIEGH bmx frame. Need info on it. Anyone with knowledge of RALIEGH bmx please contact me. I belive the frame is kinda old early 80's maybe? Please help Thanks Michael
Actually Raleigh was a British bike made for MANY years. They had some decent models back in the day. I'm actually looking for a Rampar since a buddy of mine had one. They were not very expensive. They were one step above department store trash. They were the bike we saved up for when we had Huffy's and Columbia's. It was no SE or JMC but it was OK. Send me a pic, if the frame is decent, I know I can find a home for it where it will be appreciated. Thanks Tony
Yes I am intersted in selling the frame I can send pictures if ya send me a S A S E. I also have a old Raliegh Rod Brake bike. I have A Raliegh Rampar-1 Ten speen in great shap. They are all for sale. I would be happy to do business with ya. Hop to hear from you soon. Michael
