What's the best price you guys have found on the Schwinn repro Westwinds for 26 inchers? So far mine has been $24.95 from blue moon bikes. Has anyone found a better price?? I'm trying to not go broke restoring my 26 inch Schwinn American. Thanks for any leads!! Miguel by: 4.230.87.194
Actually $25 is a good price for Schwinn Westwind repros and even better if you can find them cheaper but whatever you do, don't pay any higher unless you've run out of options; stick to your guns and don't back down to high prices! Good luck! by: 199.179.238.33
I did order them. I thought these were supposed to be made in the old molds, or something to that effect? If you look at them individualy, they look the same. If you have an original and repro side by side, the differences are very apparent. Lettering in different sizes, etc etc.... They do look nice, though!! Love that brick tread!:-) by: 4.231.156.9
I'm looking for a plastic lens for a Schwinn approved headlight. They were used on Schwinns in the early 60's, and had a large black plastic knob on the back that rotated to turn on and off. Are these lenses being reproduced by anyone ? Would appreciate any help or information. by: 71.97.148.120
I have some lenses from a closed bike shop but don't know what they fit. Can you give me the diameter of the lense you need? by: 67.72.98.45

I'm trying to track down a front fender for a 1936 Elgin Bluebird. While I would like to have an original one a reproduction steel one will work. Any leads are definitely appreciated. Marty W. by: 68.107.18.15
